My name is Christopher John Patriarco. I'm an American-born Italian and the founder of Surface Evolution. I didn't get into this business to install coatings — I got into it to create art that people live with every day.
Venetian Plaster connects me to my Italian heritage in a way nothing else does. When I pick up a trowel I'm carrying forward a craft that has existed for centuries in the finest homes and palazzos of Italy. That pride and reverence shows in every surface I create.
